Procedure for handling and registration of LTIF/ Observation / Near Miss.
In case of LTIF / Observation / Near Miss:
  • Involved employee shall take contact to client and Nordrep ASAP. And explain the situation.
  • Client must send an Observation / Near miss sheet to the Nordrep employee.
  • The Observation / Near miss sheet have to be correct filled in and send back to Client.
  • Nordrep HSE manager will send an Observation / Near miss sheet to the involved employee.
  • The Observation / Near miss sheet have to be correct filled in and send back to Nordrep HSE manager.
  • HSE manager will review the sheet and send it back for review and the involved employed must take action upon information the HSE manager has done on the Observation / Near miss sheet.
  • HSE manager will file the document a send a copy of it to the Client with comments for corrective / Preventive action.

 

Nordrep client will always receive a copy of the sheet and what measures Nordrep will do in each case.

All our documents will be filed and archived on a central desktop computer and in folders.

Nordrep got a back-up server for all files.

 

The number of LTIF is cero in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016. This is due to the fact as even though we have had incidents we have yet to experience incidents with absence:

Incident X 1000000 / Hours = 0
